My rate for a 60-minute therapy session is $135

I will accept some insurance plans, I will be paneled through Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and United Healthcare beginning early 2025.

For individuals who are out of network, I can provide a Superbill that includes the procedure code as well as the diagnosis code needed by your insurance company. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to determine the services you will be responsible for. 

Additionally, I will offer sliding scale options to individuals committed to the therapeutic process on a case-by-case basis.

I believe high quality mental health services are a fundamental basic need. I am committed to credentialing with insurance companies to reduce the financial barriers of services and collaborating with other community organizations to ensure finances do not hinder one’s ability to seeking services.
