I believe when we are able to take a kind approach and become curious and accountable for how our actions are impacting our present self and relationships we can begin our movement towards growth.

I believe growth can begin at any point in our lives. Growth is often not linear, and most of us are doing the best we can with the resources available to us. In order for us to flourish in life, we must commit ourselves to a lifelong process of steady growth and learning.
